Order Arrangement
When you place an order, the price of theproduct is as shown on the day of the order. All orders will be settled in HKD.Kinketo reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, not to acceptor cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:
A. Whenordering products or services, even if it is displayed that there is stillstock in the warehouse and/or the order content has been confirmed, there is achance that some or all of the products will be out of stock at the time ofcheckout, resulting in failure to deliver;
B. Failureto arrange delivery for your location;
C. Theprice indicated for one or more of the products you ordered has been incorrectdue to human or computer error or incorrect pricing information provided by thesupplier.
When some of the products in the order areout of stock, the remaining ordered products will still be delivered as usual.The out-of-stock products have paid a fee and will be returned to you within 3working days. Once an order is confirmed, it is not possible to change theorder contents, including size, flavor, color, quantity, product, shippingaddress, payment method, paid amount, and it is not possible to cancel theorder.
Payment Arrangement
Kinketo accepts a variety of differentpayment methods, and Kinketo will not bear any additional fees, exchange ratechanges and surcharges generated by any electronic transaction system. IfKinketo cancels the order for any reason and you have made the payment, Kinketowill refund the same amount that Kinketo has charged only. Shipping Arrangement
For products in stock, you will generallycomplete the shopping payment process and send the products directly to theaddress you provide by post. In the following cases, the goods may not bedelivered to you as scheduled:

Shipping charges are based on the size,weight and delivery location of the product. Kinketo will only ship to the Hong Kong area and does not accept POBoxes as delivery addresses.
